L'appartamento è molto carino con ampie camere. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro sia a piedi (15 min) che in metro dal momento che la fermata è praticamente sotto l'hotel. Se avete fame consigliamo anche il ristorante sotto l'albergo.

Apartment ideally situated in the heart of the old city. Next to the metro station Mustek (line A). Close from all touristic attractions and commodities (restaurants, supermarkets...) Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. If I return to Praga, I will choose this place again. The kitchen is well equiped (fridge, oven..) but unfortunately, there is not many things to properly cook: it is a pity. This point could be easily improved. The building was being renovated during our stay but it did not cause disturbance.

Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und netten Restaurants und Kneipen. Alles konnte zu Fuß gut erreicht werden. Vom Flughafen aus mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln einfach zu finden. Alles in allem stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

A very nice apartment in the very heart of the old Prague. A wonderful panorama over the city from the windows and the terrace: you can see all the major monuments of the city just in front of you. The only negative aspect was the kitchen: the outfit of coocking utensils was too poor.

I have booked with Venere before and was happy with the accurate description of the locations booked. For our vacation to Prague, my mom and I decided to rent an apt instead of a hotel room. It was definitely the right choice! We were extremely happy with the fabulous location of Havelska. It seemed as though we really were in the best location of the city. It is right next to the Old Town Square and just a 15 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and other beautiful and historical locations. The best part of renting an apartment is that we had a kitchen. The supermarket was not far of a walk and the best outdoor market right on our street! Fresh fruits and veggies everyday! The first night we had a hard time getting our key into the apartment, so we went to the booking office and Paolo was extremely nice and drove us back to the apartment and showed us how to unlock the door. After that my mom became an expert. I don't know what my issue with the door was. The reason I mention this scenario is to show how helpful the owner of Apartment Havelska is. Overall, our experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to rent this property. The only downfall, as with most places in Prague, there is not airconditioning. So if you plan your vacation in the summer, just be aware. Prague was beautiful and Apartment Havelska was great! Thank you!

location excellent - 1minute walk from old town square & wenceslas. Room was fine; clean warm (it was -2C outside!) & adequete. Paulo was there to welcome us & provide help in orientation. Apartment was small but clean and up to date. On a quiet street just off of Bethlehem Square Location was excellent and was a short walk from all the major sights of Prague. Paolo and Tereza both speak good English and were very helpful. Excellent but inexpensive "Student" Bar/Restraunt located next door. Would definitely stay again.

We got an apartment with an even better location than expected, though in a more expensive part of the city. It was a 2 min walk from the old town square! The apartment was way better than we expected! It looked recently renovated, nice furniture, comfortable beds, modern kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine!! The bathroom was also very nice and had a bath tub which we appreciated after a long day walking all over the city. We had to wait for the shuttle service at the airport for an hour, but were duly compensated. The agency service was excellent. We have no complaints what so ever! We definitely recommend Venere!

- Currently there is building renovation work being carried out on other floors in the building. As a result the building was noisy and the corridors dusty/gritty during the day. I should stress this did not affect the room itself - the work was finished at a reasonable hour and the nights very quite.

We are home in Colorado and nearly back on the local time.

The apartment was perfect for us and the cab was there early. Thanks for your help in making our stay in Prague very pleasant.

We found 2 restaurants within 2 minutes of the apartment that we enjoyed:

The Architects' Club is in the courtyard of Bethlehem Chapel. The food was excellent and you feel like your are eating in a cave ... a nice cave.

Konvirt is at the end of the alley that runs from Konviktska to Bartolomesjka. The food is not at the Architect's Club level, but not bad. The atmosphere is great and you feel that you are in a real Czech place.

Both meals were under 1,000 KC for the two of us, and after long days of walking the city, we were happy to find them close to the apartment.

Praga il giorno 28 dicembre 2003 sono quello che al telefono aveva una voce completamente diversa dal vivo (ricordi?) quello che aveva la voce da bancario (cosi tu mi dissi), quello che soggiornava assieme ad un amico all'hotel IBIS zona Karlin
Oggi avevo un po' di tempo e volevo mandarti questa E-mail per ringraziarti dei tuoi consigli e per il servizio del quale le tue amiche mi hanno fatto veramente divertire,inizialmente a disagio ma alla fine ero più che soddisfatto e loro hanno saputo subito rompere il ghiaccio, un saluto e un ringraziamento particolare a Elen
Mi spiace di non essere riuscito ad offrirti neppure un caffè o un drink (forse per la fretta o altro), comunque mi sono gia promesso di ritornare in questa
bellissima capitale Europea e di affidarmi ancora a te magari sta volta anche per un appartamento visto che la ubicazione in albergo non e` delle migliori visto la distanza
in cui mi trovavo dal centro e la poca dipendenza di cui godevo
